Cava Apartments comprise of 4 newly renovated apartments located right next to the old town of Dubrovnik.

Superior Studio
Situated next to Dubrovnik’s old town, our Superior Studio is a newly renovated one-room apartment that comprises of a dining, kitchen and sleeping area, as well as an attached bathroom. It is located in a 250 year-old stone house.
The studio space is air conditioned, with internet connection as well as a flat screen TV. The kitchen area is fully equipped — sans an oven — and the bathroom has a modern shower. Read more about Superior Studio with Patio and Sea View here.
Premium Studio
Our Premium Studio is a newly renovated one-room apartment that comprises of a dining, kitchen and sleeping area, as well as an attached bathroom. It is situated in the same stone house as the Superior Studio, right next to Dubrovnik’s old town.

Comfort One Bedroom
Our Comfort One-Bedroom Apartment is in the same stone house as the two Studios (C1 & C2). It is a newly renovated space with 2 separate rooms — a living and dining room with a kitchen, and a bedroom with an attached bathroom.

Two Bedroom
Situated in a separate building close to the other 3 apartments, as well as Dubrovnik’s old town, our Duplex Two-Bedroom Apartment is the largest in size, with 2 separate bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen, sofa and dining table, as well as an additional loft space.
